I have not received a booking confirmation email for my order, what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folders to be sure it was not misdirected. Still not received? Please contact us and we will re send to the correct email address. 

How can I be sure I will receive my tickets?
TicketApt.com guarantees that you will receive your tickets in time to attend the event. All tickets purchased through TicketApt.com are valid and guaranteed

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are, generally, delivered 3-4 days prior to the event. If you have not received your tickets 2 days before your event please contact us. 

What if I miss signing for my tickets?
You can collect t from the local shipment office with ID. 

My tickets have been lost or stolen. What can you do?
Unfortunately there is not much we can do in this case. We do not print the tickets ourselves and so we are unable to cancel your tickets and create a duplicate set. We ask that customers take good care of their tickets and make sure they are kept secure. We can not replace them under any circumstances.

How does a Collection Zone work?
You will collect your tickets at a designated location from one of our representatives on the day of the event. Instructions with the collection address and name and mobile number for the representative, will follow by email in due time.

Why do you charge over face value?

Can I cancel for any reason after I have placed an order?
Sorry, all sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund your order once you have paid for it.

My tickets have another name on them, Did you send me the wrong tickets? 
The name printed on the ticket is that of the original purchaser. We do not print our own tickets so we are unable to print your name onto them.
