TicketApt.com guarantees that you will receive your tickets in time to attend the event. All tickets purchased through TicketApt.com are valid and guaranteed.
Tickets are, generally, delivered 3-4 days prior to the event. If you have not received your tickets 2 days before your event please contact us.
You can collect from the local shipment office with ID.
Unfortunately there is not much we can do in this case. We do not print the tickets ourselves and so we are unable to cancel your tickets and create a duplicate set. We ask that customers take good care of their tickets and make sure they are kept secure. We can not replace them under any circumstances.
You will collect your tickets at a designated location from one of our representatives on the day of the event. Instructions with the collection address and name and mobile number for the representative, will follow by email in due time.
In many cases to obtain the tickets TicketApt.com offer we must pay over face value ourselves. The main factors to take into account include the cost of purchasing the ticket, the difficulty in obtaining the ticket, the market value of the ticket and the public demand. Once prices are established they will fluctuate regularly based on supply and demand.
Our ticket prices fluctuate with supply and demand. The ticket market is very similar to the stock market, when prices go down, you cannot sell your stock back to the broker at the price you originally paid for it. However in most cases the prices for tickets will rise rather than fall.
Sorry, all sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund your order once you have paid for it.
The name printed on the ticket is that of the original purchaser. We do not print our own tickets so we are unable to print your name onto them.
